Carson McCuller's, one of America's most beloved authors wrote two plays. Everyone is familiar with her hit, "The Member of the Wedding" but her other play, "The Square Root of Wonderful" is a lost gem that is rarely performed.

Orginally performed on Broadway in 1957, "The Square Root of Wonderful" combines comedy and pathos and tells the story of a son who lives in the shadows of his former triumph and his domineering mother, an architecht who has fallen in love and the woman caught between them.

Directed by Steve Jarrard
